As items are bespoke and made to order, conditions for returns are limited. If the item(s) arrived damaged or not as ordered, the item(s) can be returned for a full refund provided we are informed within 7 days of the error(s) and provided the item(s) is/are returned within 30 days. Alternatively, the item(s) can be replaced.

 

• Refunds will be issued out upon return of the item(s) to the payment method used for purchase.

• Replacements will be mailed upon request as long as the defective item(s) is/are returned within 30 days. Failure to return the defective item(s) within this period will lead to the customer being liable for the full cost of the replacement item(s).
